The largest problem is simply that homeowners don&#039;t know what options they have. Mortgage companies don&#039;t help at all, either, by having their collection department call the owners 17 times a day using threats, rather than offering options. Maybe more news coverage of these types of programs will help solve that problem, at least.</description>
